As I am writing this on October 18, 2020 it already feels like several lifetimes ago, but as recently as December 2019 there were such things as live concerts – where people could gather together without having to wear masks or worry about social distancing. This album memorializes a concert that took place on Dec 12, 2019 which featured pianist Craig Ketter performing compositions by 5 members of New York Composer’s Circle. On the program was my Variations on Stravinsky’s “Les cinq doigts”
